This NEW self-paced mini course offers foundational concepts to consider as you assess your relationship. No one wants to view their relationship as abusive, and yet ignoring reality can be even more harmful.
This course creates a safe space for you to grow in awareness and gently become more curious as you explore the differences between healthy and unhealthy dynamics.
Worksheets are included to support your reflection and help deepen your understanding of this sensitive but critical topic.

Many women have a sense that something is off in their relationship. Some recognize possible signs of abuse, while others simply carry the weight of something they can't quite name. Often, the hardest part is not having the language to describe what you've been living, which can make it difficult to fully understand or trust your own experience.
For many, the word "abuse" can feel heavy, overwhelming, or simply not feel like it fits their situation. That's okay. This assessment is not designed to persuade you that your relationship is abusive or to place labels on you or your partner. Instead, it helps identify specific behaviors, patterns, and dynamics that may be present. Some of those patterns may be unhealthy, some may be destructive, and some may meet the definition of abuse.
The goal is not to judge—it is to bring greater awareness and clarity.
Awareness of your lived experience is a critical first step in healing.
The foundation of healing begins with truth and honesty.
Before anything can change, it must first be seen.
The Relationship Dynamic Assessment evaluates eight key domains of your relationship, helping you more accurately identify the patterns and behaviors that may be influencing your experience.
The results provide clearer language, deeper understanding, and greater confidence in seeing your relationship as it truly is.
This assessment walks you through a series of questions across
8 specific domains
within your relationship. Each domain is designed to measure the level
of destructive behaviors you may have experienced.
While the results alone often bring powerful awareness and validation to your lived experience, the guided support and careful attunement I offer will help deepen that awareness. Together, we can explore areas where you may have felt stuck or confused.
The following are the domains in which your relationship will be assessed:
Physical
Spiritual
Sexual
Financial
Emotional
Psychological
Coercive
Relational

The Relationship Dynamics Assessment Process
You can take this assessment whether or not you're working with me as your coach. Many people use it as a tool to bring to their therapist, counselor, or another professional—a clear, structured picture of what's happening in the relationship.
Here's how it works:
1. Consultation — Schedule an initial conversation with me. We'll talk about what brought you to the assessment and what you're hoping to understand and clarify any expectations and asses safety.
2. Assessment — You'll receive the full RDA, a video walkthrough on how to take it, and access to complete it in your own time, in a private space where you feel safe. The assessment fee is $25.
3. Assessment Review Session (90 minutes) — We meet to go through your results together. I interpret the patterns, identify areas of concern, and help you see the dynamics that may have been difficult to recognize on your own. This is where clarity happens.
4. Optional: Share with Your Professional — If you're working with a therapist or coach and want me to provide them with my evaluation and areas of concern, I can do that. This is billed at my consultation rate for the time it takes to prepare and communicate those findings.
Why a Professional Interpretation Matters
The assessment itself gives you data. A professional interpretation gives you meaning.
When you're in a relationship, especially one with unhealthy dynamics, your perspective is understandably clouded. You see the good moments and hold them as evidence that things aren't as bad as they feel. You doubt what you know. You second-guess what happened. This is not a weakness, it's a normal human response to inconsistency and intermittent reinforcement.
A professional review of your assessment results cuts through that. It says: here are the patterns. Here's what the data shows. Here are the specific dynamics you've identified. Here's what they mean when you look at them together, not in isolation.
Many clients find that this structured, external reflection, especially in areas where they've struggled to accept reality, provides the validation and clarity they need. You're not diagnosing yourself. You're not wondering if you're overreacting. A trained professional is looking at your answers and reflecting back what she sees.
